Digital Content Factory Ltd. can customize courseware to meet your needs, or we can use our instructional design expertise, tools, and processes to create a course that pertains to your proprietary software and/or processes.

 

Standard courseware customization – Option 1

  • Insert your company’s logo on the inside cover page. Printed b/w.
  • Insert your company’s name in the courseware footer to associate the courseware with your company.

The cost is $250. per course (onetime), plus the cost of the courseware and shipping on resulting orders. Cost subject to change without notice.

 

Standard courseware customization – Option 2

In addition to option 1, select and rearrange entire chapters of standard material to create a custom course. The cost is $400 per course (onetime), plus the cost of the courseware and shipping on resulting orders. Cost subject to change without notice. Limits to the number of chapters and/or pages are applicable.

Standard courseware customization – Option 3

In addition to options 1 and 2, select and modify standard topics, and/or develop new topics (as required) to create custom courseware, more specifically tailored to your environment. The cost for such services are onetime, and are scoped (per course) based on customer requirements. Cost of the courseware and shipping on resulting orders are extra. Limits to the number of chapters and/or pages are applicable.

 

Custom corporate customization – Option 4

Intended for use as part of an Enterprise license agreement, or larger corporate rollout, custom corporate courseware includes several levels of custom services, including:

  • Custom designed cover to maintain corporate identity.
  • Custom page layout to maintain corporate standards.
  • Instructional design to accommodate company specific tasks, environment specific configuration, and/or processes.
  • Printing and distribution services.

 

Such a product is developed using the process below:

  1. Analyze the corporate needs of the customer.
  2. Document requirements, recommendations, and project scope to create a project plan.
  3. Initiate the project (after customer approval) ensuring all aspects and details relating to the project plan are in order.
  4. Develop product as per the project plan, which includes milestone to ensure the project is on track.
  5. Perform quality assurance checks.
  6. Submit project deliverables for approval.
  7. Receive orders from the customer on an as needed basis.
  8. Produce and distribute to customer’s sites.

 

DCF offers both printed products for purchase and electronic files by licenses for deployment on your intranet, and/or as an internal customization solution.
